How do I programme my controller?
Once our installers have finished their work they will walk you through how to utilise the system. All our systems are simple and intuitive. You will also be supplied with our manual, which provides a simple explanation of how to utilise everything we’ve installed. In addition to this our team will remain available to help should you have any queries or questions.
I’ve lost my manual. Can you help?
Please contact us directly via our form or by ringing the office and our team will be happy to send you out a replacement manual and/or to help you directly with any query you may have.
Are you able to provide a first fix with the wiring?
Typically all our wiring is installed as part of the second fix, utilising surface-mounted galvanised or PVC conduit. However, please feel free to contact us if you have any specific requirements.
What colour do your lights and benches come in?
Our products can be powder coated in 12 standard RAL colours (wood sage, downland stone, juniper, chalkhill blue, greensand, sussex emerald, olive green, white, black, brilliant white, graphite grey and bronze manganeze) but can, for an additional cost, be produced in a custom colour of your choosing. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Do you provide ongoing servicing for my system?
Yes, we offer ongoing servicing as standard and recommend that our heating systems, automated vent systems and controls be serviced annually by our specialist team. Please contact us directly via our form or by ringing the office and our team will be happy to discuss this with you.
Can your shades be fixed to metal or wooden greenhouses?
We recommend one of our team visit any client looking for a shading solution. This is due to the large variety/sizes of old and new greenhouses in existence. We often use top rails and runners so that the shades will work effectively. Contact us and we will work hand in hand to find the right solution for your greenhouse.
