Benching & Shelves

Benching (Staging) can be both practical and decorative as it enables you to showcase beautiful plants along with helping growers optimise the conditions in the greenhouse to support good growth and plant health.

Our Benching can be created in long lasting aluminium frames or with traditional Victorian cast iron staging. Options are dependent on material, but include two shelf or tiered options (for display), deep-sided options and also high level shelving (strawberry boards). 

All benching is supplied with hydroleca which absorbs and releases water to enable drainage whilst being a stable surface for potted plants.

We also supply thermostatically controlled heat mats and heat cables to create additional heat to aid propagation on benching.

As part of numerous restoration projects we have also repaired original bench legs , rewelded staging supports and refitted timber sides. On some occasions, we have been commissioned to create solid oak staging for display houses, contact us today about our Benching & Shelves.
